Instruction Guide for the library Recording Studio

Open OBS Studio and set it up with a Scene and a Source.

  • Click on the "+" icon under the "Scenes" box to create a new scene. A "Scene" is the canvas that you're painting on. It's where you're going to do all your work.

  •  A new source is used for each input, like video, image, or audio.

To make sure you're using the right microphone, you need to add an Audio Source.

  • Click on the "+" icon under the "Sources" box to add a new source.

  • Choose "Audio Input Capture" from the list.

  • Name your source and click "OK."

  • In the next window, select the Microphone (Yeti Stereo Microphone) from the drop-down menu.

  • Adjust the settings (volume, gain, etc.) according to your preferences and click "OK."

  • Position the microphone close to your mouth to get the best sound quality.

  • Adjust the gain so that the microphone is not too loud or too quiet.

  • Experiment with different settings to find the best sound for your needs (Go to Microphone Tab at the top of this guide).

For the Green Screen, make sure you add the correct source.

  • Click on the "+" icon under the "Sources" box to add a new source.

  • Choose "Video Capture Device" from the list.
