Textbook Rental Returns
The library DOES NOT handle textbook rentals, those questions should be directed to the Bookstore at 509-574-4625 or SM8168@bncollege.com.
Things to know:
- Textbook rentals are due on the last day of finals and there is a 5-day grace period built-in.
- As long as the books are postmarked before or on the 5th day, the bookstore will reverse any fees you may incur once the books are received at the bookstore.
- Mailing your textbook rental is the preferred option now. Please fill out the return shipping label and print it.
- If you don't know your rental ID, email the bookstore or check the email reminders the bookstore has been sending you (make sure to check your spam and junk folders). Your rental ID can also be located on the bookstore website when you sign in to your account that you created to rent a textbook. It's listed under "my account/rentals."
